I really like it here and the location is great! I just wish the gym had larger weights so I could use it. I was hoping to have a gym to work out in but the weights are too light.

having study rooms are convenient, package system easy, and taking out garbage is simple here. I enjoy how there are many spaces I can be at if I want to take a phone call, relax, or eat. requesting maintenance is quick and helpful as well.

Amazing staff and living experience. Smooth move in process, easy communication with staff, and easy to use appliances. Can’t wait to spend the rest of the school year here with my roommates

Very clean and new, faculities are nice. Elevators are a bit slow, and sometimes the lobby and the elevator are a bit grimey. Gym is a bit small, wished they had two treadmills. Overall though nice place to live and I appreciate the trash take out systtem

i’ve been loving living at the valiant! my apartment and the amenities (study lounge and rooftop) are amazing. the staff is super friendly and welcoming, i couldn’t recommend it enough!
