Arthaus has so far been a good place to live but there are a couple of things whether specific to my unit or the entire building that need some work. It’s a little loud but tolerable.

Overall, I’ve had a good experience living at ArtHaus Telegraph. The location is very convenient, especially for UC Berkeley students, and the apartment itself is modern, clean, and comfortable. The shuttle service is also a great addition and makes getting to campus much easier

Everything is good overall, and the facilities are new and well maintained. The community is comfortable and I’ve had a positive experience living here. The only minor issues are that trash pickup is sometimes not exactly on schedule, and occasionally some residents can be a little noisy during quiet hours. Other than that, I’m happy with the apartment community.

Staff is very friendly and kind, helping me set up my wifi and payment patiently. The unit is equipped with all the kitchen appliances that I need, plus every unit has their own washer and dryer which is super convenient. The gym and lobby lounge is clean. Overall, I would say the best apartment to live that are both affordable and close to campus.

Living at Arthaus Telegraph has been really nice so far. The building feels comfortable and easy to settle into, and the whole place has a relaxed, creative vibe that makes it feel like a good home base. I’ve been having fun here especially because my roommate is great. We get along well, and it makes everyday life feel lighter. We laugh a lot, explore the area together, and it’s just been a good match overall. One of my favorite moments was cooking here for the first time. I was a little nervous using the kitchen because everything looked so clean and new, but it ended up being a really sweet experience. I made my first real meal, and even though I wasn’t sure how it would turn out, it actually came out good. My roommate cheered me on, which made it even better. It felt like one of those small but meaningful “I’m really living on my own now” moments.
