I was moving to the area from the east coast for a new job and Nicole was nice enough to do a virtual tour for me. Once I completed the tour I has the application and lease done within 3 days. The process was very easy and they saved me the headache of moving to a new city without permanent housing established. I have also been happy with my apartment and the building overall. Everything is clean, well-maintained, and the building is pretty quiet. All in all it has been a great experience so far and I look forward to continuing my stay.

Aquatic Ashby is a clean, safe, and secure place to live. If you're looking for a convenient location, near restaurants, the gym, and bus stops, this is the place to be. It's minutes from Berkeley Bowl, right next to Emeryville and Oakland. I really appreciate the supportive/responsive staff, Nicole and Sal.
