In order to qualify, you must have good, established credit with no evictions, no tenancies left owing money and no unpaid judgements. Credit lines must be at least 6 months old. Bankruptcy (bankruptcy must be discharged for a minimum of 2 years). Combined household income must be lawful and verifiable and at least 3 times the monthly rent.
