Our overall experience has been great. The gym and common areas are clean. Residents are friendly. I have only submitted one service request since we moved in and it was handled quickly. I would like to have more than one TV on in the gym

I recommend not moving here. It is too expensive and the customer service is terrible. You are not appreciated as a tenant at all. You are treated like a number. The number of your apartment and not who you are or what you contribute.

I had a great experience with this property and the property manager. The property was well maintained, clean, and exactly as described. Any issues or questions I had were handled quickly and professionally. The property manager was responsive, respectful, and genuinely cared about making sure everything ran smoothly. It made living here stress-free, and I would absolutely recommend both the property and management to others.

We left another complex in Oakland. We should have moved here first. We have love it since we moved in. The neighborhood, amenities, and great staff in the leasing office. I have recommended it to 3 people.
