I recommend not moving here. It is too expensive and the customer service is terrible. You are not appreciated as a tenant at all. You are treated like a number. The number of your apartment and not who you are or what you contribute.

I had a great experience with this property and the property manager. The property was well maintained, clean, and exactly as described. Any issues or questions I had were handled quickly and professionally. The property manager was responsive, respectful, and genuinely cared about making sure everything ran smoothly. It made living here stress-free, and I would absolutely recommend both the property and management to others.

We left another complex in Oakland. We should have moved here first. We have love it since we moved in. The neighborhood, amenities, and great staff in the leasing office. I have recommended it to 3 people.

The staff are always professional and friendly. The maintenance and cleaning staff are seen daily cleaning the buildings and communal spaces.
My only suggestion would be to place no pet signs on all doors leading to common areas where pets are not allowed.
