Lots of great ammenities in the complex. Some of the gym equipment needs to be better maintained. Both of the adjustable benches have cracks on the padding. The EZ curl bar needs to have the nuts tightened on both ends. I do appreciate how the common area are always clean. The lobby and elevators included.

I enjoy the neighbor and ease of access to public transport. I like the community amenities and the cleaning staff does a really good job taking care of each of the amenities.

Do not rent or sign your lease for this property without thoroughly reading the lease; specifically as it pertains to mold and early termination.

So far, everything is good. The current concern I have is the smell of urine by the apartment's entrance. The staff has been helpful and I have had no issue in my unit

Hoping to replace some gym fitness equipment. Everything else is awesome! I love the community, feels nice and clean. A good area to live at.
