Looking for a safe, quiet, and comfortable place to focus on your clinicals, case studies, or exams? We are renting out a large, fully furnished bedroom perfect for two students. We are seeking female roommates and highly prefer USF... Nursing students, USF Law students, or serious graduate students who want a respectful, clean, and studious shared home environment.

We live in the home as well, but you will have plenty of privacy! The house is owned and shared by myself and my spouse. We are proud USF alumni, and my entire family graduated from USF as well! We are both retired SFPD Sergeants and are SFPD Ambassadors, and currently practicing attorneys, offering an exceptionally safe, secure, structured, and professional living space.

Nursing students will love our deep connection to local healthcare history: my late mother, Cecilia "Sis" Dawydiak, was a true trailblazer who earned her BS degree from the very first class of women nursing students at USF in the early 1950s. She went on to co-found and direct the CCSF School of Nursing until her passing in 2008.

You will be sharing the house with us and another resident who is a female S.F. Ballet dance student, along with our friendly pets. Come live in a great neighborhood with a flat-screen TV, streaming services, and a dog-friendly atmosphere!

Fully Furnished & Private: Includes two Twin XL beds, fresh bedding, and towels (or you can bring your own). Includes a flat-screen TV with streaming and local channels,
Luxury En-Suite Bath: Features a deep jacuzzi-type soaking tub and a shower with two separate shower heads.
Shared Amenities: Full access to the house and a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, as well as the back deck and back yard.

All Utilities Included: No extra monthly fees for internet, water, trash, or power.

Dog-Friendly Home: Must love dogs! We have a sweet French Bulldog and two friendly Chihuahuas and a “grand dog” who is a Springer Spaniel and sometimes stays with us.

Transit: MUNI bus stop is located directly across the street for an easy commute to campus.
Beaches: Walking distance to Baker Beach and a short bus ride (or long walk) to Ocean Beach.
Parks & Golf: The Presidio is one block north of our home and Golden Gate Park is six blocks south of our home. The home is surrounded on three sides by golf courses!
