The location is amazing, the manager can help you solve problems in a timely manner, the living environment is relaxed and friendly, and the price is very affordable. I really like it.

roach galore - on my bed, in my sink, on my ceiling. Whole building issue. I told them about this multiple times and they brought pest control and then stopped for a couple of months and then the roach problem got worse. Pest control has skipped my room despite me asking. They don't care about you. The whole building needs to get fumigated. Disgusting bathroom and kitchen conditions. Always a foul smell in the hallways and kitchen. The onsite staff are friendly, but the building condition is so run down you can 100% find a better place at the same price.

The main thing I wish someone would have told me is that there are roaches here before I signed my lease, now I have to shake out my shoes and clothing before put them on. I’m scared to have people over I’m terrified that I’m gonna leave the house one day and there will be a roach on my clothing

Many days the toilet paper is out and we have to call someone to get it refilled. Needs daily attention to all bathroom floors. Not always quick to put mail in mailboxes
