I did extensive research on more cost effective, spacious and affordable options in comparison to on-campus housing without a meal plan.
Telegraph Commons checked all the boxes, especially with their local management headquarters located in Berkeley with a 24/7 Emergency line (as a parent, I did check this before writing this). Property was clean, leasing person/ agent was kind and empathetic, on-site managers (also called students were GREAT and mature and responsive).
My kid could not be... happier and as a parent, more relieved.
