During the tour, you’ll notice a smell of urine and flies by the east garage gate. That smell never goes away.

Irvine PD was here multiple times a week for stolen vehicles, vehicle break ins, mail room break ins, domestic disputes and several impounds. I called Irvine PD and obtained a call log for all the calls for service they had over a 3 month period. It was over 100 calls for service!!

Rat Infestation: the maintenance team confirmed Rize admin staff were aware of a rat problem on the... first floor near the dumpsters and were told to not tell residents. We had a rat in our apartment for over a week.

Trash was CONSISTENTLY left in the parking lots. This included glass and other dangerous objects that we reported numerous times to staff.

Nightmare Parking for 1 bedroom apartments: Even staff wouldn’t be able to find parking so they would take our spot (which was conveniently located by the office).

Checkout Settlement Issue: we were given an initial notice of an amount due of $92.11 when we physically left the apartment. Jobe and the entire maintenance team are excellent, always going above and beyond to get the work done. The work orders are also always fulfilled within 24 hours. I’ve never lived at apartments with such a stellar maintenance team.

We cannot say enough great things about Rize! The location is beautiful, the amenities are stunning, and the apartment units themselves are fantastic. On top of that, the management team at Rize may be the most friendly, helpful, and accommodating team we have ever met!

The whole team at Rize made our transition so smooth and stress-free that we felt at home right away. To mention everything about Jonathan and how wonderful he has been throughout this process would take up the rest of the space... in this review! From our first tour, finding us the perfect unit, answering our million questions and phone calls, to assisting with the moving checklist, making us feel so welcomed, and everything else, we can't thank you enough, Jonathan!! We moved two months early just because of how much we fell in love with Rize after meeting with him, but actually living here has beyond surpassed our expectations.

The building is the perfect balance of being close to Irvine's attractions and shopping centers, while still being tucked away from the busier areas. It is lovely for strolling around or down the walking path that surrounds the entire building, which we love to do in the evenings. The pool and common areas are designed like works of art, we even enjoy just relaxing in the jacuzzi and appreciating the pretty architecture around us!

The best part, of course, are the actual apartment units. We downsized to a 1-bedroom from a 2-bedroom and did not even notice the difference. Because the space feels so open and the layout is so well-designed with ample storage, we felt like we had even more space than before! The fixtures, appliances, and cabinet and floor finishes all contribute to a really high-end and high-quality overall feel. After seeing how amazing Rize is, our friends and family members now want to move here as well, which is as good a recommendation as you can get!
