I lived here for 1 year.
The building is run down and appliances are old. Lots of pets are a plus however many owners do not clean up after the dog poop.
1-2 bedroom apartments have been converted into studios with awkward placements of closet.
It is not worth what they are asking for.
I you’ll find better in Piedmont.

I lived here for several years. I did not have a good experience dealing with the management company. The building is older and not well maintained. We had problems with the water, heat, and safety issues while I lived here. There were also issues with availability of onsite management. I do not recommend this property or working with this management company. The cost of the apartments in my opinion is to high. And, I think the amount they charge for a pet fee is unreasonable.

Don't even bother. It's old run down smelly building there is mold all over the place even inside the fridge I almost threw up when I walked in and the prices at more than what's advertised here. Don't waste your time I wouldn't live here for free

So far so good, just moved in and management was a bit slow getting everything set, didn't have a second set of keys for us and still don't have a mailbox key. Trying to be patient on that front, water has been shut off twice in a week without notification. We have a very small studio but it works, very pet friendly there are tons of dogs living in the building and going in and out. Great if you're on a budget, but definitely not a luxury apartment building.
