Hi! My name’s Kerra — I’m a 22-year-old muralist and full-time artist, former USF student now studying nursing at... City College of San Francisco. I’m looking for fun, chill roommates around my age (male or female). No pets, please.

Utilities average: ~$30 PG&E + $20 Wi-Fi
Rent :$1,500 each for 3 roommates If we find a 4th roommate, rent drops to $1,300 each
Available January 15th or February 1st. Hoping to confirm roommates by December 1st

Note: the wardrobes are the only photographed furniture included, but we do have a different, twin-sized mattress available that you can use.
