Hey! I’m a current USF student looking for another USF student to move into the second bedroom of my 2BR/1BA apartment starting January 1, 2027

🧺 Laundry available in the building, plus another laundromat nearby
🛋 Common areas are already furnished with a couch, tables, etc.

The location is one of the best parts. We’re right by USF with easy access to the 31 Balboa and 38 Geary, grocery options nearby, and parks and recreation close to the apartment. It’s a convenient area if you go to USF and don’t want a long commute.

I’m ideally looking for another USF student, preferably another male student. Upperclassman or grad student preferred, but the main thing is finding someone who is a good fit.

I’m pretty independent and spend most of my time working on school, startups, going to the gym, or relaxing. I’m social too, but I don’t need a roommate who wants to hang out all the time.

Main things I’m looking for are someone who is:
• Clean and respectful of shared spaces
• Chill and easy to live with
• Financially reliable
• A non smoker because smoking is not allowed in the apartment
• No pets, unfortunately, because the building doesn’t allow them

Guests are fine as long as we’re both respectful about it.

My current roommate is graduating and moving out at the end of December, which is why the room is becoming available. I’ll be traveling when the January move in happens, so I’m looking to get everything agreed on and finalized ahead of time.
