The kitchen has a small nook, refrigerator, electric stove and countertop microwave provided but without warranty. Owner covers sewer, water, and trash; tenants are responsible for PG&E, their own utilities, their own yard maintenance directly around the house, and must carry renter’s liability insurance with a minimum of $100,000 coverage.
