For the past year, 1 of 2 elevators has not worked 40% of the time. Our HVAC system has been out of service for 1/3 of the past year, especially during the winter. The staff is quite unresponsive to questions. Most recent email has not been acknowledged or responded to, despite 4 follow up attempts

It’s prime location by food vendors, convenience stores, the university and offers amenities like a nice gym and trash service. The staff are friendly and extremely easy to talk to and the maintenance workers always wave to you and smile. Overall I am so glad I picked here to move.
