I have lived here for almost 2 months the location is wonderful and I like the studio I live in but god help you if anything goes wrong with your apartment since me and my girlfriend moved in the water will not get hot unless we let the shower run for 30 mins you have to schedule maintenance on their website which is a 48 hour wait there is only 1 person that I know of who does the maintenance on the whole complex we have had him come to our apartment twice to try to fix the problem after the 2nd visit he told us that he will have to call a plumber this was a week ago and we cannot get ahold of anyone we have called multiple times they are just ignoring our problem so be warned this is a great place if you will never need maintenance on your apartment.

serene, friendly, and clean
The only reason this place gets 4 instead of 5 stars is because of the neighborhood. Packages often get stolen, however this is an issue management is taking care of.
The courtyards are beautiful and welcoming. The cafe and grocery out front are delicious. The people who live here are friendly and kind to each other. The common areas are pristine. Best of all this place is so quiet. I live on the ground floor with a window facing the main walking area, and I am never disturbed by noise.
