Poor management, dirty and noisy

Management’s communication with their tenants is very poor. The building’s common areas area quite dirty and we rarely see staff cleaning. We had our rent increased 19% this year too. And the noise is incredible from our neighbors, we constantly hear them! However, I will say the location is great.

I just moved in and let me tell you, I've never been treated with such respect, care, and attention to detail as I have here at Amli apartments. Melissa was the first one to greet me and help with my apartment search, she was so polite and friendly. Kareem answered all of my questions and was very helpful. And last but definitely not least, Bryan assisted with my move-in from start to finish - walked me to my apartment while explaining how the appliances work etc. Such an easy and stress-free... process. I highly recommend Amli to anyone looking for a comfortable place to live!
