Inside, you’ll find a full kitchen, in-unit washer/dryer, smart TV, and cozy furnishings. All utilities and high-speed WiFi are included.

Outside, you’ll enjoy a private seating area and Traeger grill. The yard is shared with the main house, but you’ll have your own gated entry and plenty of privacy.

Located on a quiet court, this studio is just minutes from UC Davis Medical Center, Sutter Medical Center, and Mercy General Hospital, as well as Midtown cafés and restaurants — making it perfect for travel nurses, medical staff, or professionals seeking a quiet retreat.

Lease Terms: Our lease is month-to-month for flexibility, but we ask for a minimum stay of 2 months. The home will be available January 5, 2026 (current tenant through December, allowing a few days for turnover).

Fees: A $600 refundable security deposit is required at move-in. At the end of the lease, a $200 cleaning fee will be withheld from the deposit (with the balance refunded, assuming no damages). For approved pets, a $150 pet deposit also applies.
