I started selling manufactured homes in 1993 , and later evolved to management. In 1997, I attained a Real Estate license in Utah to assist with land purchases for the manufactured homes I had been selling. My assistance with correcting issues from problematic builders, earned me the top referral status with the Department of Professional licensing in Utah. As part of this business I facilitated the loans and managed the site development for the placement and assembly of the homes. In 2001, I started selling Semi-custom homes for Home Center Construction as a Remax agent. In 2004, I started to make the transition to California, where I worked with Charter funding, and Guild mortgage as a loan officer, while I worked on attaining my Real Estate License which I received in April of 2005, and my HCD license in 2006, to allow me to assist some of my clients with their goals of building their dream homes on large parcels of land in the French Valley area. At that time I worked with National Realty Group and we did loans as well as residential home sales, and land/ home development for manufactured homes. When the Market crashed in 2008, I assisted many of my clients with successful short sales and loan modifications. As the market improved, I sold homes through builders, managed listings of existing homes, and led the first time buyers sales in our office. I assisted elderly clients with reverse mortgage purchases to make their dreams possible, and later helped them sell the homes and located assisted living as they found that they needed more help. I have been affiliated with my current broker for over 15 years now serving Southern California and on some occasions into central California.
