Private floor in a San Francisco Edwardian available for one person for move-in on Monday, February 1. Rent is $2,500 per month. The open space is located on a private floor of a renovated 1908 San Francisco Edwardian flat located in NoPa. The floor includes a master bedroom and a master bath w/ a bathtub and shower, three windows, a walk-in closet, an additional large storage closet, a nook for a desk, couch, bike, TV lounge area, or reading chair, and is lined with wide chair railing that is suitable for books, plants, picture frames, or any other storage or decorative needs. The entire flat (2500 square feet) includes two additional bedrooms, one additional shared bath, washroom, a full kitchen, living room, dining room, washer/dryer area, small storage room in the basement, and a private backyard w/ seating, firepit, and a bbq; french sliding doors do exist between the living room and one of the additional bedrooms. There are two entrances; one in the front and one in the back. The rest of the flat--other than your private floor--is fully furnished and the kitchen is fully stocked. Unique design elements to the flat include crown molding, chandeliers, built-in shelving, two fireplaces, a claw foot tub, and hardwood floors. One additional flat is located above. The upper flat includes our landlord and his young family. The flat is home to one work from home university administrator in their early-forties and one doctor in their early-thirties. The flat is an amazing space to rest, relax, and recharge. There is a polite, friendly, courteous, respectful, and tidy vibe in the house. Costs run on average about $150 per month, per person for water, garbage, internet, cable, electricity, cleaners, gas, bathroom/kitchen paper stock and cleaning supplies. One roommate pays the bills and the other two roommates VenMo them once a month.
