This is a 13 x 13 comfy room for one person only. It is furnished with a queen sleigh bed (brand new Serta firm mattress and box spring), dresser, desktop, table, and a huge closet with overhead shelving. The building was built in the 1930's, and has all the charm of French doors, high vaulted ceilings, and hardwood floors throughout. There are four units in the building, and the neighbors are friendly and kind. There is a cafe on the corner with outdoor seating for your morning coffee, or even a Mimosa for Sunday Brunch, and around the corner is a market and deli. Down another block, in either direction are Laundromats. Muni Bus lines (currently)#5 and. #38 are steps away. I am a mature, respectful, and very private person, and am looking for someone to share the space with someone of like mind.
