Amazing location for public transit! 10 minutes walking distance to Glen Park Bart Station, 11 min walk to 29 (30min commute to SF State, 15 min commute to City College), 5 min walk to 44 (30min commute to Richmond district), 6 min walk to 14/14R/49, 8 min walk to 23 (30 min commute to Ocean Beach). Quick drive everywhere else if you have a car.

The in-law unit has its own private entrance, living space, and bedroom. The bathroom is upstairs and shared with one other housemate. The house has a fully stocked/furnished kitchen and dining area. The house has an in-unit washer and dryer, not coin operated! There is a TON of storage area for belongings throughout the house. We also have a spacious backyard, we like to hang in. The neighborhood is Glen Park and it gives cute small town in the coolest city, really.

Overall vibe of the house is laidback, inclusive, and supportive. Basic points of consideration in terms of rules: guests are cool, just don’t make it burdensome on everyone; be sure to set aside time for the rotating chores list; make sure spaces are clean enough to use for the next person; no smoking IN the house; communicate if there’s a problem and we’ll fix it together.
