Pet deposit of $150 that is refundable at move-out, assuming no pet damage.

Must hire professional cleaners upon move-out who know how to clean for "move-out cleaning with pets"

You must have a neutered or spayed pet with up-to-date vaccinations. If you have a dog, you must keep it on flea medication or such to keep fleas off the dog. All pet bedding (beds, blankets, pillows) may NOT be washed in the machines on-site. Pet bedding should be washed in a commercial washing machine.
